    Iam a us citizen living in panamai havent pay tax us embassy issue a letter i was a low income person i want to know if iam elegible for cobid relief funfs thanks for information .iam 69 years old.work temporally in south com army for 3 months i do have social security number.thanks waitting for your answer

      Yes, you are eligible for the stimulus checks. At this point, you would file a 2020 tax return and claim it as a refundable tax credit
